Family-oriented getaway with a twist

The staff was really great, helped us with the fireplace, and it was on in no time! Our unit was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our crew. It felt like home, you know!

However, it wasn't exactly a bargain for what we got.

We enjoyed a memorable 4-night stay in a beautiful Highland Deluxe Apartment with breathtaking mountain views. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. Don't miss the pancakes at the onsite restaurant for a delightful breakfast! Pro tip, pack blackout curtains if you love sleeping in.

Comfortable beds and great views!

The view was just stunning, and the beds were super comfy. We chilled in the outdoor dining area and soaked up the vibes. Only bummer was there weren’t enough towel racks. drying towels with a family was a bit tricky. But all in all, loved the space and amenities!

The mountain view from the Standard Suite on the ground floor was breathtaking and definitely the highlight of our stay. The spacious layout with a kitchen was ideal for our family, allowing us to cook and enjoy meals together. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. we noticed quite a bit of dust in various areas. Additionally, the tiny fridge was inadequate for our needs, which was disappointing as we arrived with frozen food that we couldn't store. Despite these issues, the resort offered plenty of family-friendly activities, including swimming and bonfires at night.

Our family loved the outdoor pools and the beautiful scenery! The kids really enjoyed various activities like hiking and exploring. Plus, the bonfire nights making smores were unforgettable! Definitely a great spot for families with little ones.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathrooms could use better cleaning. A family-friendly improvement would be adding larger towels for the pool.

Just a proper fit for a weekend excursion in Jackson with great value for the money. The pool and spa after skiing were amazing to relax. Be sure to bring your own snacks since there are limited dining options nearby.

The Highland Deluxe 2 King Suite we stayed in was super spacious and had amazing mountain views. The beds were really comfortable, and the room felt clean and well-kept.
